How to Choose and Record your own Music for Dressage to Music

Visit Felicity Mann & her Mechanical Horse!

Felicity Mann is a BHSI and a certified teacher of the Alexander technique,and helps riders from all disciplines,eventing,dressage and endurance and being involved with parpriders.
The day with Felicity will be split into two.

The morning will be spent working with
Felicity learning the gentle movements of the Alexander technique,which teaches us to use our bodies in balance as efficiently as possible, with the minimum effort.
The afternoon is then spent with Felicity's mechanical horse.You each will get time to ride the mechanical horse and Felicity with help you make small adjustments necessary to create a balnced and more effective riding position.

Open to all. The cost will be £50 per person for the day. Lunch can be taken in the local pub (extra cost) or you are welcome to bring a  picnic. Groups of 4-6 people. You will need to make your own way there, or come as a group and car share.You will need to wear comfortable top and trousers for the morning and your riding hat and clean boots for the afternoon. Gillian Higgins Demo "Horses Inside Out"

Gillian is a specialist in equine anatomy and biomechanics ("The Horse Inside Out"/"How Your Horse Moves"). She is a professional therapist specialising in mobilising muscles, improving performance and educating horse owners. She has been giving talks all over the country with people like Mary Wanless and regularly writes articles for magazines such as 'British Dressage', 'Your Horse', 'Horse and Rider' and 'Eventing World Wide'. She can be found at Badminton and many other major equestrian events.
